8 Week 5K Training Program

Ready to get off the couch?  Ready to meet new friends?  Ready to train in a group and gain the support of like-minded individuals to achieve your goals?  If so then you’re ready to join our new 8 week 5K Training Program as motivation is checklist item number 1!! 

What we provide:

- Weekly meet-up group training sessions

- Daily tips and motivation from your coach and each other

- Training guidelines and schedules for each week to help improve your performance including guidelines on efficient recovery and rest days

- Healthy eating recipes comprised of delicious recipes to assist you in reaching  your goals

- Discounted rates for all participants in your weekly Hoboken Fit Squad classes

Moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for a C-section) with clearance from their physician to resume physical exercise.
